Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My order was received on 12/30/2023.
The customer service number was a joke.
It would take you to other solicitors and I was not able to talk to a representative from nutaskin so they could help me resolve the issue. I felt as though I was scammed and kept getting other solicitors until I hung up feeling frustrated and a victim of a scam.

Exact same thing happened to me. It's a total scam.
I didn't even select Nutraskin I selected a eye cream. I called and canceled it but whoever was on the other end was very unprofessional and then phone kept cutting in and out.
